Job Description In Detail

1) Chief Compliance Officer: Identification, Monitoring, Management, and reporting in all aspects of Regulatory and Statutory Compliance of the Bank, Managing effectively the compliance risks faced by Bank, Maintaining liaison with the regulator on behalf of the Bank, Implementation of Automated Compliance Management Software.

2) Chief Customer Service Officer: Internal Grievances Redressal System, minimize exigencies of Awards against the Bank, strengthening customer confidence in the Internal Redressal mechanism.
